Both types of bolts are austenitic stainless steel, which was developed to resist boiling sulfuric acid and are metastable acid-resistant steels.
A4-70 stainless steel hexagon socket bolts represent 316 stainless steel material, with a tensile strength of 700N per square millimeter, or 700N/mm².
A4-80 stainless steel hexagon socket bolts represent the same 316 stainless steel material, but with a tensile strength of 800N per square millimeter, or 800N/mm².
Due to the good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of stainless steel, A4-70 and A4-80 stainless steel hexagon bolts are widely used in applications that require corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties, such as chemical industry, shipbuilding, bridges and other fields.
