DIN931 and DIN933 are the standard numbers of two German standard hexagonal bolts.
The main difference between them is the thread type of the bolt: DIN931 is a half-threaded bolt (i.e., partial thread), while DIN933 is a full-threaded bolt (i.e., the entire bolt shank has threads).
DIN931 black oxidized hexagonal bolt: This bolt has a half-threaded design, and the bolt shank part has no threads, so it is more suitable for use in occasions where it is necessary to partially embed or connect thinner materials. After oxidation blackening treatment, the surface of the bolt is black, with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
DIN933 black oxidized hexagonal bolt: Compared with DIN931, this bolt has a full-threaded design, that is, the entire bolt shank has threads. This makes it more advantageous in occasions where it is necessary to fully embed or connect thicker materials.
