Stainless steel 347 flanges remain stable in a variety of extreme environments, whether low temperature, high temperature or high wear. It has excellent oxidation and wear resistance and is used in industrial applications such as boilers and heavy-duty exhaust systems. In addition, it complies with ASTM A182 and A240 standards, which means it has a wide range of applications in forging, rolling, high temperature and high pressure applications. At the same time, it also complies with international standards such as ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN and EN, which increases its versatility and interchangeability.
347 stainless steel flange is a complex alloy that contains 17% chromium, 9% nickel, and elements such as carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, cobalt, and iron. This unique composition gives it a high melting point and similar strength properties to grade 304. It has a minimum yield strength of 205MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 515MPa, making it excellent in a variety of applications.
We have different types of flanges for occasions that require different connection methods. The design of the SS UNS S34700 butt welding flange is particularly excellent. It has a neck welded to it, allowing the pipe to be easily connected to the welding neck, which greatly simplifies the installation process and improves work efficiency.
