U-bolts (U-bolts), also known as riding bolts, are non-standard parts with a U-shape and threads at both ends that can be combined with nuts. They are mainly used to fix tubular or sheet objects.
U-bolts are divided into two categories according to the length of the thread: full thread and non-full thread, and are divided into two categories according to the thread type: coarse thread and fine thread. The coarse thread type is not displayed in the bolt logo.
A2-70 is a performance grade mark for stainless steel bolts. In this mark, "A2" usually represents austenitic stainless steel, and "70" represents its minimum tensile strength of 700MPa. It is widely used in occasions that require high strength and corrosion resistance, such as petrochemicals, food processing, marine engineering and other fields.
A4-80 U-bolts are special high-strength bolts made of austenitic 316 stainless steel.
"A4" represents austenitic stainless steel, and "80" means that its minimum tensile strength is 800N/mm². Compared with A2-70, A4-80 has higher tensile strength and better corrosion resistance.
