The standards for SS304 bolts include B8 Cl.1 and B8 Cl.2, where the main difference between Cl.1 and Cl.2 is that Cl.2 is strain hardened in addition to solution treatment, which makes the mechanical strength of Cl.2 relatively high. Under high temperature and severe cyclic conditions, it is recommended to use bolts made of B8 Cl.2 to avoid low installation bolt force and ensure safety and reliability.
