Steel pipes are delivered in heat treated state:
Normalizing and tempering: normalizing temperature 1040℃～1080℃;
Tempering temperature 750℃～780℃. Steel pipes with wall thickness>70mm can be quenched and tempered, and the quenching temperature is not less than 1040℃. Tempering temperature 750℃～780℃
Mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥585, yield strength>415,
Elongation after fracture: longitudinal>20, transverse>18,
Impact energy: longitudinal>40, transverse>27, Brinell hardness<250, Vickers hardness<265, Rockwell hardness<25
Product specifications: outer diameter 21.3mm~762mm, wall thickness: 2.0~150mm
Products should comply with: TSG D7002 Rules for Type Testing of Pressure Piping Components.
