The material of 20G alloy boiler tube is a kind of low carbon steel, which has good weldability and plasticity. Its main components are carbon, silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus and other elements, of which the carbon content is 0.17-0.24%, the silicon content is 0.17-0.37%, the manganese content is 0.35-0.65%, the sulfur content does not exceed 0.035%, and the phosphorus content is 0.17-0.24%. The content does not exceed 0.035%.
The specifications of 20G seamless boiler tubes are generally 48-457mm in outer diameter, 3.6-65mm in wall thickness, and 4-12m in length. Depending on the use environment, different specifications can be selected.

Processing performance
