12Cr1MoV seamless boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas guide tubes, main steam pipes and other parts of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers. Its maximum operating temperature can reach 580℃.
During the manufacturing process, the 12Cr1MoV steel tubes supplied by GNEE need to undergo heat treatment (such as normalizing or quenching and tempering) to improve their performance. At the same time, the parts made from it need to undergo quenching and tempering or surface chemical treatment (such as carburizing, nitriding, etc.), surface quenching or high-frequency quenching before use.
