25MnG high-pressure boiler tubes comply with the Chinese standard GB5310 and are made of the same material as the American SA210 boiler tubes. They are widely used in water-cooled walls, economizers, low-temperature superheaters and other heating surface pipe systems and headers, steam-water pipes, etc. of large-capacity power station boilers with operating temperatures below 500C, such as 300MW and 600MW. Its strength is higher than 20G, while its plasticity and toughness are equivalent to 20G. Using it instead of 20G can not only reduce the wall thickness of the steel pipe and reduce material consumption, but also improve the heat transfer conditions of the boiler.
