A192 seamless boiler tubes are seamless carbon steel boiler tubes under American Standard ASTM/ASME (ASTM A192/ASME SA192), specially designed for high-pressure boiler systems, suitable for operating temperatures of 450℃~650℃, pressure ≤9.8MPa. Pressure ≤9.8MPa severe working conditions
Chemical composition:
Carbon content 0.06% ~ 0.18% (low carbon design to enhance weldability and toughness), manganese content of 0.27% ~ 0.63%, phosphorus, sulfur are ≤ 0.035% (to control impurities to enhance corrosion resistance) (Control impurities to enhance corrosion resistance).
Silicon content ≤ 0.25% (to enhance the deoxidation ability and material strength).
Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength ≥325MPa, yield strength ≥180MPa, elongation ≥35% (to ensure structural stability under high pressure) .
Hardness requirements: tube diameter or wall thickness ≥ 5.1mm, Brinell hardness ≤ 137HB; wall thickness <5.1mm, Rockwell hardness ≤77HRB (to prevent brittle fracture).
