SA 210 C grade boiler tube is a steel grade in the ASME SA-210 standard. It is a small-diameter carbon-manganese steel tube for boilers and superheaters. It belongs to pearlite heat-resistant steel.
The chemical composition of SA 210 gr C steel tube is simple. Except for the high carbon and manganese content, the rest is similar to 20G steel tube. Therefore, its yield strength is about 20% higher than that of 20G tube, while its plasticity and toughness are equivalent to 20G boiler tube. The production process of A210 C seamless steel tube is simple and has good cold and hot processing performance. Using it instead of 20G can reduce the wall thickness, reduce the material consumption, and improve the heat transfer of the boiler.
