ASTM A519 1025 Alloy Steel Pipe is a high carbon steel seamless pipe commonly used in applications requiring high strength and wear resistance. Its carbon content is usually around 0.25%, and contains a certain amount of chromium, nickel, tungsten and other alloying elements to improve its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
ASTM A519 1025 seamless steel pipe has high tensile strength and yield point and is able to withstand huge pressures and loads. Its tensile strength is usually between 600-800 MPa, and its yield point is between 400-500 MPa.
Although ASTM A519 1025 cold drawn steel pipe is a high carbon steel, it has good toughness and is not prone to embrittlement. In low temperature environments, its toughness is particularly good and it can avoid embrittlement caused by temperature changes.
