15Mo3 seamless steel pipe is a high-quality alloy steel pipe mainly composed of chromium, molybdenum, manganese and other elements. It has good high temperature resistance and can work in high temperature environment below 500℃.

15Mo3 alloy steel round pipe is a steel pipe in DIN17175 standard. It is a carbon-molybdenum steel pipe for boiler superheater and a pearlite heat-resistant steel.
However, this steel has a tendency to graphitize after long-term operation at high temperature, so its operating temperature should be controlled below 510℃. The amount of aluminum added during smelting should be limited to control and delay its graphitization process. Alloy steel 15Mo3 seamless pipe is mainly used for low-temperature superheaters and low-temperature reheaters, with wall temperatures below 510℃.

heat treatment
Quenching: First preheat to 550℃~650℃, then heat to 800~850℃ and quench in oil. Tempering: Heating to 150℃~200℃, staying at this temperature, and then quenching in still air. Hardness: HRC60℃ or above Annealing: Heat to 750~800℃, stay at this temperature for one to three hours, and let it gradually cool down in the furnace.
