12CrMoV steel pipe is a high-temperature alloy steel pipe with high strength and good heat resistance. 12CrMoV heat-resistant alloy steel pipe is used for main steam pipes with steam parameters of 540℃, turning blade rings, turbine partitions, partition outer rings, and various superheater tubes, conduits and corresponding pipe forgings with pipe wall temperatures below 570℃.
12CrMoV low-alloy heat-resistant steel pipe has high high-temperature mechanical properties. The working temperature of this steel can reach 560℃ and -40℃. It has good cold deformation plasticity, no temper brittleness tendency, good processing performance, and acceptable weldability (thick-walled parts should be preheated before welding and stress eliminated after welding). It is generally used under high-temperature normalizing and high-temperature tempering conditions.
