EN 10305,ASTM A106,BS 1139,DIN 2391,DIN 2445 Seamless precision tubes are high-precision steel pipes manufactured through cold drawing or hot rolling processes. The production includes multiple steps such as bl pickling, cold rolling forming, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing ( Eddy current testing, industrial CT). These tubes feature high precision (OD tolerance ±0.05mm), superior surface finish (inner wall roughness Ra ≤0.4μm), and high-pressure resistance, complying with international standards such as DIN2391, GB/T3639, and ASTM. Compared to solid steel materials like round bars, they offer weight reduction while maintaining equivalent bending and torsional strength, making them an economical section steel.
The tubes undergo multi-pass drawing and oxygen-free annealing to ensure optimal mechanical properties. They are primarily used in automotive hydraulic systems, aircraft critical components, semiconductor cleanroom transfer pipelines, and nuclear facility pressure barriers.

Precision steel pipe size tolerances
For hot rolling precision steel pipe,tolerance of OD is +/- O.1%.
For cold drawn precision pipe,tolerance allowed in below conditions:
Diameters 6mm to 10mm, normal tolerance condition +/- 0.2%,premium tolerance condition +/- 0.15%.
10mm to 30mm,normal tolerance condition +/- 0.4%,premium tolerance condition +/- 0.2%.
30mm to 50mm, normal tolerance condition +/- 0.45%,premium tolerance condition +/-0.3%.
For outer diameters above 50mm, normal tolerance condition +/- 0.1%, premium tolerance condition +/- 0.8%.
