Products Packaging
1. Bare Packaging
Suitable for large-diameter pipes (DN100+) or extra-long pipes (typically over 6 meters). Pipes are directly lifted and transported.
Advantages: Low cost, easy handling.
Precautions: Avoid end impacts; plastic protective sleeves are usually added to safeguard threads or cut ends.
2. Bundling Packaging
Single-Bundle Strapping: Multiple pipes are aligned and secured with steel or plastic straps, with each bundle typically ≤2 tons (per GB/T 2102-2006). Ideal for medium-small diameters (DN15-DN80).
Hexagonal Bundling: Pipes are stacked in hexagonal layers for stability and space efficiency, commonly used for overseas shipments.
3. Wooden Crate Packaging
Used for precision instrument-grade pipes or small-diameter pipes (DN15-DN50). Features include:
Moisture-proof paper or foam padding inside.
ISPM15-compliant wooden crates to prevent pest risks.
4. Pallet Packaging
Pipes are stacked flat on wooden or steel pallets and secured with stretch film.
Max load per pallet: ≤1.5 tons.
Best for short-distance logistics.
5. VCI Anti-Rust Film Packaging
Pipes are wrapped with VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) film for high-humidity environments or long-term storage.
Rust protection: ≥12 months (tested per ASTM D665).
