ASTM A500 Grade A RHS vS B RHS
The A500 specification covers cold-formed welded and seamless carbon steel structural tubes of round, square, rectangular, or special shapes used for welding, fixing, or load-bearing in bridges, buildings, and general structures.
Welded or seamless tubes manufactured according to this specification must not have an outer circumference exceeding 64 inches (1626 mm) and a wall thickness not exceeding 15.88 mm.
