1. Basic treatment: use organic solvents to remove oil stains on the surface of the steel pipe. The steel pipe is transferred to the intermediate frequency heating device through a conveyor belt. The intermediate frequency preheating (preheating temperature is about 60°C) removes oil stains, water, moisture, etc.
2. Sandblasting: Use a centrifugal shot blasting machine to sandblast the surface of the high-speed steel pipe to remove the rust layer and clean the surface dust. It reaches Sa2.5 rust removal level with a roughness of 40 to 100mm.

FBE epoxy powder is first fully fluidized in a fluidized bed, and then passes through an electrostatic spray gun to make the powder particles negatively charged and evenly discharged on the surface of the preheated steel pipe. The coating thickness is adjusted according to powder dosage, production speed and other requirements, and the design thickness is 400-1200mm.
