ASME SA213 T23 boiler tube belongs to the 2-1/4Cr-1.6W-Mo series steel, which is a low-carbon micro-alloyed controlled rolled steel and fine-grained steel. It has a low carbon content and strictly controls the sulfur and phosphorus content to reduce the tendency to form cracks. The high-temperature creep strength and allowable stress of the material are improved.
ASME SA213 T23 seamless boiler tube is mainly used to manufacture superheaters, reheaters and water-cooled walls of large power station boilers. It is the best choice material when the main steam temperature is below 620℃.

note：Regarding the heat treatment of ASME SA213 T23 alloy boiler tubes, although early studies showed that heat treatment is not required after welding when the wall thickness is less than 10mm,
later studies and practices have found that proper heat treatment after welding can significantly improve the impact toughness of the weld and heat treatment area, thereby improving the performance of the entire pipeline system.
