ASTM A192, ASTM A179,ASTM A556, ASTM A210,EN10216/BS305,JIS G3454/G3456/G3461 Boiler seamless pipes are a type of seamless steel tubing primarily used in high-temperature and high-pressure components of various boilers. Based on operating conditions, they are classified into high-pressure boiler pipes and low/medium-pressure boiler pipes. The former must exhibit high creep strength, oxidation resistance, and microstructural stability, making them suitable for supercritical boilers in components such as superheaters, reheaters, and main steam pipes. The latter are typically used for conventional parts like water wall tubes and boiling water tubes.
Manufactured via hot rolling or cold drawing processes, these pipes comply with standards such as ASTM, JIS, and GB, with outer diameters ranging from 10–530 mm and wall thicknesses from 2–70 mm. They undergo rigorous testing including chemical composition analysis, hydrostatic testing, and flaring tests.

The production of boiler seamless pipes primarily involves the following steps:
Material Selection: Suitable steel grades are chosen based on operating conditions, commonly including materials such as A179 and A192.
Hot Rolling: The steel billet is heated to high temperatures and formed into a preliminary pipe shape through rolling mills.
Cold Rolling: The hot-rolled pipe undergoes cold rolling to enhance dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Heat Treatment: Annealing or normalizing processes are applied to eliminate internal stresses and improve mechanical properties.
Quality Inspection: Non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic and eddy current testing are used to ensure defect-free pipes.
Products Packaging
Steel pipes are generally delivered in bundled packages. Each bundle should contain pipes of the same heat number (unless otherwise permitted and approved by the product standard). The weight of each bundle shall not exceed 5,000 kg.
Pipes with an outer diameter exceeding 159 mm or special-shaped pipes with a cross-sectional perimeter exceeding 500 mm may be delivered in loose bundles.
Upon mutual agreement between the supplier and purchaser, the weight per bundle may exceed 5,000 kg, or small packages may also be used for delivery.
