20MnG boiler steel pipe is a high-quality carbon structural steel with the characteristics of high manganese and low carbon permeability steel. The manganese content of this steel pipe is between 0.70% and 1.00%, so its strength, plasticity, machinability and hardenability are slightly higher than those of 15CrMo steel pipe. During the carburizing and quenching process, fewer soft spots are produced on the surface, so that the 20MnG high-pressure boiler steel pipe can obtain the comprehensive performance of surface wear resistance and good core toughness after carburizing and carbonitriding.
After hot rolling or normalizing treatment, the toughness of 20MnG seamless steel pipe will be better. It can be used to manufacture various pipelines, thermal equipment, mechanical industry, petroleum geological exploration, containers, chemical industry and special purposes, etc., with a wide range of specifications, from small-diameter capillaries to large-diameter tubes.
