25MnG boiler pipe is a small-diameter carbon-manganese steel pipe for boilers and superheaters. Its chemical composition is very similar to that of 20G steel pipe, except for the high carbon and manganese content.

The steel pipe should be hydraulically tested one by one. The hydraulic test pressure is calculated according to the formula. The maximum test pressure is 20MPa. Under the test pressure, the pressure stabilization time should be no less than 10s, and the steel pipe should not leak.
