2205 stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel whose organizational structure consists of equal proportions of ferrite and austenite. Its chemical composition includes elements such as chromium, nickel, molybdenum, manganese and nitrogen, among which the contents of chromium and nickel are relatively high, reaching more than 22% and 5% respectively.
