The chemical composition of ASTM A269 TP304 stainless steel round pipe mainly includes chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni). Among them, the chromium content should be greater than 18%, and the nickel content should be greater than 8%, which improves the mechanical properties of stainless steel such as corrosion resistance, strength and toughness.
The tensile strength σb of A269 TP304 High Pressure Pipe should be between 515-1035MPa, the conditional yield strength σ0.2 should be greater than 205MPa, the elongation δ5 should be greater than 40%, and the hardness should not exceed 201HBW, 92HRB or 210HV2.
ASTM A269 TP304 Polished Pipe has good processing performance and is easy to perform cold rolling, hot rolling, forging, stamping and other processing operations.
