A312 TP347 stainless steel pipe
347 stainless steel pipe is a high-temperature oxidation-resistant stainless steel material mainly composed of elements such as chromium, nickel and titanium. It is a stable material that can be used at high temperatures and resists corrosion and oxidation. It is widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical and food processing industries.
347H stainless steel tube is an austenitic stainless heat-resistant steel stabilized with niobium (Nb), possessing excellent corrosion resistance, weldability, and high-temperature strength. The niobium content in its chemical composition is more than eight times the carbon content (Nb ≥ 8C - 1.00), a feature that significantly enhances its resistance to intergranular corrosion, allowing stable performance in high-temperature environments ranging from 427°C to 816°C. This material is widely used in large boiler superheaters, reheaters, steam pipelines, and petrochemical heat exchanger tubular components.
