Chemical property requirements of A192 high temperature pipe: C: 0.06~0.18, Mn: 0.27~0.63, Si: ≤0.25.
Hardness requirements of A192 boiler tube: When the wall thickness is >5.1mm, the Brinell hardness is ≤137HB;
When the wall thickness is <5.1mm, the Rockwell hardness is ≤77HRB.
Manufacturing process requirements of A192 superheater tube: Adopt seamless steel pipe production process, which can be hot-rolled steel pipe or cold-drawn steel pipe according to regulations.
Heat treatment requirements of A192 carbon steel seamless pipe: Hot-rolled steel pipe does not need heat treatment, and cold-drawn steel pipe is heat treated at 650C or higher after the last cold drawing.
