The maximum carbon content of JIS G3444 STK400 seamless steel pipe is 0.25%, and the maximum sulfur and phosphorus contents are both 0.04%. The tensile strength requirement of STK400 structural steel pipe is ≥400MPa, the yield strength requirement is ≥235MPa, and the elongation requirement is ≥23%. Compared with the national standard 20# material, STK400 low carbon steel pipe has higher and more stringent requirements in terms of tensile strength and elongation.
The caliber range of JIS G3444 STK400 seamless steel pipe provided by GNEE is usually 18-610MM, and the wall thickness range is 2-30MM. In addition, there is also an outer diameter range of 21.3-610mm and a wall thickness range of 2.0~25mm.
