The JIS G3466 carbon steel pipe supplied by GNEE is usually made by unpacking, flattening, curling, and welding the strip into a round tube, then rolling the round tube into a square or rectangular tube, and then shearing it into the required length.
The curvature of the JIS G3466 square tube shall not exceed 2mm per meter, and the total curvature shall not exceed 0.2% of the total length. The usual delivery length is 4000mm-12000mm, with 6000mm and 12000mm being the most common. Short-length and non-fixed-length products of not less than 2000mm can also be delivered, but the weight of short-length and non-fixed-length products should not exceed 5% of the total delivery.
