40Cr seamless precision tube is a high-precision steel tube material obtained by cold drawing or hot rolling. It has the advantages of high precision, high finish, high pressure without leakage, no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls, etc. It is widely used in the manufacture of pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinders or oil cylinders.
40Cr seamless precision tube has excellent physical properties after heat treatment process, such as 850-degree quenching, heating oil quenching and 520-degree tempering. The tensile strength reaches 1000 MPa, the yield strength reaches 800 MPa, the elongation is 9%, the cross-sectional shrinkage is 45%, and the impact toughness is 588.3 kJ/m2.
