A519 1045 steel pipe is a medium carbon steel, also known as 45 steel. The main components are carbon (0.43-0.50%), manganese (0.60-0.90%), sulfur (maximum 0.050%) and phosphorus (maximum 0.040%). It has good mechanical properties and heat treatment properties and is widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing.
A519 1045 seamless steel pipe can be strengthened by heat treatment processes such as normalizing, quenching and tempering to improve its hardness and wear resistance. After proper heat treatment, it has better wear resistance, tensile and bending resistance during use.
