API 5L L290 line pipe is a common steel pipe, mainly used to transport natural gas, oil, water and other fluid media.
L290 line pipe is usually made of high-strength steel such as X42, X46, and X52. The manufacturing process includes hot rolling, hot expansion, cold drawing and other processes to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the pipe.
The pressure rating of L290 carbon steel pipe can reach more than 3000 psi and can withstand high-pressure transportation media. The tensile strength of L290 seamless line pipe can reach up to more than 800MPa, with good strength and toughness.
API 5L L290 grade carbon steel pipes supplied by GNEE are available in various end connection forms, such as non-thickened ends and externally thickened ends. API 5L pipes are available in single random lengths (i.e. 4-7 meters) and double random lengths (i.e. 7-13 meters), galvanized and black finishes.
