What is en 10083 2 material?
EN 10083-2 is a carbon mild steel grade. An EN 10083-2 Pipe is designed with a content of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur, and molybdenum.
EN 10083-2 Class C22 European standard covers quenching and tempering of non-alloy steels and technical delivery conditions.
The C22/C22E grade carbon steel pipe provided by GENN is a high-quality carbon structural steel with high cold deformation plasticity. Its metallographic structure is pearlite + ferrite, and the heat treatment process is simple. It is usually directly cut or forged and normalized. It is mainly used for ordinary structural parts, connectors or stamping parts, or for carburizing steel.
