A192 rolling process, including Erhard rolling, automatic rolling, Diesel rolling, three-roll rolling, hot extrusion, continuous rolling, cold drawing (rolling) pipe, hot tube expansion and other 8 kinds of rolling processes

 Ehrhardt (Ehrhardt) rolling process

Ehrhardt in 1891 invented hydraulic punching process to produce punched cup billet, and completed in 1899 with a mandrel will be punched billet push through a series of diameter gradually reduced ring to produce seamless steel pipe method. Often also known as pipe jacking process. Nowadays, large diameter seamless steel pipe is still used in the production of pipe jacking method, the maximum diameter of up to 1,066 mm, in the 1980s, the Mannesmann company will be the development of this process for the CPE process, the main production of small and medium diameter seamless steel pipe.

 automatic rolling process

Stiefel (Stiefel) in 1895 after obtaining the patent of the disk-type piercing machine, the first automatic rolling mill in 1903 in the United States went into operation in 1905, the use of even the machine was born in 1905, the automatic rolling unit. Automatic tube mill is also known as the Stiefel rolling mill. After that, the automatic rolling mill once became the main production of seamless steel pipe unit.

Diesel rolling process and Accu Roll rolling process

Sam Diescher first conceptualized the introduction of rotating guide plate two-roll inclined mill instead of the original guide plate, in order to extend the rolling of pipes, and in 1932 the birth of the first Diesel (Diescher) rolling mill. Half a century later, the U.S. AS company first introduced conical rolls into the inclined tube mill and patented, in 1989 the world's first Accu Roll tube mill in Yantai, China, into production.

 three-roll rolling process

This is a three-roll tilt rolling process, the A192 tube in the mandrel and three rolls are rolled between the extension of the three-roll mill, also known as Assel (Assel) mill.

 hot extrusion tube process

As early as the invention of the Mannesmann brothers oblique rolling perforation before, there has been the use of hot extrusion of aluminum process to produce seamless steel pipe patents. However, it was only after the successful introduction of glass lubricants in the 1950s that the hot extrusion process for A192 steel tubes gained real application and rapid development. Modern A192 hot extruded steel tube process is mainly used for high-alloy difficult to deform the production of tubes and shaped tubes.

 continuous rolling process

As early as 1891 in the United States Kellogg (Kellogg) steel pipe factory has been awarded a patent for continuous rolling mill. However, due to a number of technical reasons, this process has not been a real success. Until the 1950s this process has been a huge development, and with its high capacity, high efficiency, high quality and gradually become the production of seamless steel pipe leading mill.

 cold drawing (rolling) pipe process

In order to expand, supplement and improve the variety and quality of A192 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, the secondary processing technology used in the pipe - cold drawn (rolled) and hot tube expansion process has been developed accordingly. As early as in the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production methods used before the cold drawing process has been used in the secondary processing of welded pipe. Cold rolling process is patented by the U.S. Tabl Reduing company in 1931, using the same cycle of pipe mill deformation process (rack reciprocating motion, multi-channel deformation), so also known as the cold Pilger mill. Cold drawing (rolling) method can not only produce hot rolling method is difficult to produce (or uneconomical) or can not produce the specifications of varieties and high-quality requirements of the product, but also can be used to wear rolled billet instead of hot-rolled production of small-size tubes and high-quality special varieties (eg, bearing tube, stainless steel tube, etc.).

 hot tube process

Hot tube expansion process is the production of large diameter seamless steel pipe the main method, divided into roller (slant rolling), pulling the expansion type and push the system in three forms. A192 Roller expanding tube expanding diameter up to 1 500mm, suitable for large-scale production; and push system expanding tube equipment is simple, less investment, low yield, only suitable for small batch production.
