DIN 17175 10CrMo910 Seamless Alloy Steel Tube

10CrMo910 seamless steel pipe is a German DIN17175-79 heat-resistant steel. The pipe is designed for a temperature of 535°C and a pressure of 13.2 MPa, with dimensions of 213mm outer diameter and 28mm wall thickness, requiring on-site alignment and welding.

10CrMo910 steel is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel widely used in the UK, US, Germany, Japan, and other countries. In China, it is primarily used to manufacture superheaters with wall temperatures below 590°C and headers/steam pipelines with wall temperatures around 540°C.

Extensive operational data from thermal power plants and high-temperature performance tests indicate that this steel exhibits excellent weldability and is not highly sensitive to heat treatment. It can achieve a uniform microstructure even in large sections, with good long-term ductility. The creep rate begins to increase only when the elongation reaches 3%-5%, marking the onset of the third stage of creep. Therefore, this steel offers reliable safety in service.

What is the material equivalent of 10crmo910?

The Chinese equivalent of 10CrMo910 is ‌12Cr2MoG‌ (GB/T 5310 standard). It is also known as 2.25Cr-1Mo steel.

Internationally, it corresponds to the American ‌SA387 Gr22‌, ‌A335 P22‌, and the German ‌13CrMo9-10‌.

This material is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel, widely used in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, such as boiler pipes.
