Low temperature resistant seamless steel pipe, as the name suggests, is a seamless steel pipe that can still maintain excellent performance under low temperature conditions. It usually has excellent low-temperature toughness, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain the stability of strength and hardness at very low temperatures to ensure the normal operation of pipelines and equipment. In addition, the low-temperature resistant seamless steel pipe also has good processing performance and welding performance, which can meet the requirements of various complex processes.

Production process
The production process of low-temperature resistant seamless steel pipe mainly includes steps of smelting, rolling, cold working, heat treatment and quality testing. In the smelting process, smelting equipment such as electric furnace or converter is used to deoxidise, deslag and alloy the steel to obtain pure steel. In the rolling process, the liquid steel is injected into the rolling mill for rolling, gradually reducing the pipe diameter and obtaining the required wall thickness, while the surface of the steel pipe is treated with a bright finish. Cold working treatment such as cold drawing or cold rolling can further improve the precision and surface quality of the steel pipe. Heat treatment eliminates residual stresses within the pipe and improves its overall performance through high-temperature tempering. Finally, the steel pipe is subjected to strict quality inspection, such as eddy current flaw detection, hydraulic test and X-ray inspection, to ensure the quality and reliability of the steel pipe.
