12Cr2MoWVTiB steel pipe is a low alloy bainite heat-resistant steel with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, oxidation resistance and structural stability, excellent thermal conductivity, small expansion coefficient, good oxidation resistance and stress corrosion resistance. It is mostly used to manufacture parts resistant to atmospheric, steam, water and oxidizing acid corrosion.
GNEE supplies 12Cr2MoWVTiB alloy steel pipes in accordance with GB/T5310 high-pressure boiler pipes, with a wide range of specifications, including outer diameters of 57mm~762mm and wall thicknesses of 3.0mm~140mm. The main production method is hot rolling, and the delivery state is heat treatment 1000℃~1035℃ normalizing, 760℃~790℃ tempering. These steel pipes are ultrasonically inspected in accordance with GB/T5777 to ensure product quality.
