15MoG steel pipe is a special seamless steel pipe mainly used for manufacturing high-pressure seamless boilers. Due to its special composition, 15MoG high-pressure steel pipe has excellent high-temperature strength, toughness and thermal fatigue resistance. It can be used as high-pressure parts such as superheaters, reheaters and steam pipes.
In power plants, the working pressure of 15MoG seamless pipe is usually above 9.8MPa and the working temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃. The main features of this steel pipe include good high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy. Due to its low thermal expansion coefficient, it reduces thermal stress during operation, thereby improving the reliability of the pipe.
