15CrMoG steel pipe complies with the GB 5310-95 standard and is equivalent to the 13CrMo44 of the Federal Republic of Germany and equivalent to the 1Cr-1/2Mo and 1 1/4cr-1/2mo-si steel grades commonly used around the world). A notable feature is its high chromium content . This allows it to exhibit excellent thermal strength in the temperature range of 500-550°C. However, when the temperature exceeds this range, its thermal intensity decreases rapidly. In a continuous 500-550°C environment, although graphitization will not occur, carbide spheroidization and redistribution of alloy elements are inevitable, which will undoubtedly affect the thermal strength of steel. It is also worth pointing out that 15CrMoG steel exhibits good anti-relaxation properties at 450°C and is easy to make pipes and weld.
