A213 seamless boiler tube is an alloy seamless steel tube for boilers and superheaters defined in the ASTM A213/ASME SA213 standard. The wall thickness of this type of steel pipe is average, the working pressure usually does not exceed 5.88Mpa, and the working temperature is below 450°C.
The chemical composition of A213 boiler tubes does contain the following elements: Carbon: 0.05-0.15. Manganese: 0.30-0.60 Phosphorus: ≤0.025. Sulfur: ≤0.025. Silicon: 0.50-1.00. Chromium: 1.00-1.50. Molybdenum: 0.44-0.65.
A213 boiler tubes are mainly used for heating surface tubes of low and medium pressure boilers, and can also be used for heating surface tubes of high-pressure boilers, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, etc. In addition, in the petrochemical industry, A213 boiler tubes are also widely used in various equipment that require high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
