Stainless Steel 310 / 310S Seamless Pipe
310 stainless steel pipe (domestic grade 0Cr25Ni20) belongs to austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, with the foreign name corresponding to UNS S31000. Derivative grades include 310S (low carbon type) and 310H (high carbon type). It contains 24%-26% chromium and 19%-22% nickel, achieving oxidation protection through a surface Cr₂O₃ oxide layer, remaining stable in oxidizing environments at 1100℃ and reducing environments at 1000℃. Conventional annealing processes can optimize the microstructure and eliminate carbide deposition. It is non-magnetic in the cold-worked state, and the addition of niobium can improve carbide stability and weldability.
310S stainless steel pipe (old designation 0Cr25Ni20, new designation 06Cr25Ni20) is an austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel, corresponding to the American designation 310S, and manufactured according to the Chinese standard GB/T14976-2012. Its chemical composition includes 24.00%-26.00% chromium, 19.00%-22.00% nickel, and ≤0.08% carbon and ≤2.00% manganese. This material exhibits excellent oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and creep strength at high temperatures, with a continuous operating temperature up to 1150℃ and a maximum working temperature of 1200℃.
