904L stainless steel pipe is a material with excellent corrosion resistance, especially in environments containing sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and chloride-containing solutions. It contains approximately 20-25% chromium, 4.5-5.5% nickel, 23-28% molybdenum and 1.5-2% manganese. These alloying elements together provide it with a dual-phase structure, strength and corrosion resistance. It can resist the erosion of corrosive media such as acidic solution, salt water, chloride and so on. It performs well in strong acids, bases and high chlorine environments and has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
Stainless Steel TP 904L Pipes can maintain stable performance at high temperatures. It can withstand high temperature working conditions and is not prone to deformation and wear. TP 904L Stainless Steel Pipes have good processing properties and can be formed and processed by conventional cold working and hot working methods.
