Manufacturing and Inspection Requirements
Production Process:
The seamless rolling process is adopted to ensure pressure and impact resistance in low-temperature environments.
Welding Requirements:
Preheat to 100°C or above, use gas shielded arc welding (GTAW/GMAW) or manual arc welding, and carry out non-destructive testing (e.g., ultrasonic testing) after welding.
Inspection Criteria:
Chemical composition analysis, low-temperature Charpy impact test (verification of -196°C impact toughness), and hydraulic test.

1. A333 GR1
Chemical Composition:

Tensile strength is ≥ 380 MPa, yield strength is ≥ 205 MPa, and it is suitable for low-temperature scenarios above -45°C.

2. A333 GR3
Chemical Composition:

Tensile strength is between 415 and 655 MPa, yield strength is ≥ 240 MPa, and elongation is ≥ 24%. It can withstand extreme low temperatures of -195°C.

3. A333 GR4
Chemical Composition:
It contains nickel (Ni) elements (typically 1.0% to 2.0%) to enhance low-temperature toughness.
Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength is ≥ 485 MPa, yield strength is ≥ 275 MPa, and it is applicable for temperatures -105°C or below.
Typical Use:
